What is the eITCH?

eITCH is designed to give a patient-defined measure of itch on a numerical scale. The itch scale has a range between 0-10, meaning 11 possibilities. The measurement of itch intensity is essential to properly evaluate its severity, assess patient needs and address them effectively.

How to use the eITCH

The measurement of itch has proven to be valid despite its subjective perception. The numeric rating scale represents the simplest method for assessing itch and subsequently its influence through therapy. To deepen the recording of goals in itch treatment, the PBI-P for pruritus can be considered.
